I was not simply supporting organization or home care. I was facilitating regulation during transition—helping people stabilize internally by first addressing their external environment.
My work now exists at the intersection of home, health, and identity.
I support individuals through life transitions by helping them clear physical environments, regulate overwhelm, and re-establish a rooted sense of self.
This is not simply about decluttering. It is about creating the conditions for a new identity to emerge—through space, structure, and nervous system support.
Because when the environment shifts, the person within it does too.
